Springfield Creamery Welcomes New Director of National Sales

Springfield Creamery, the makers of Nancy’s Probiotic Foods, announced that Monica Davis will join the company as director of national sales, effective February 27, 2023. Davis brings nearly 20 years of sales leadership experience to her role; she will be responsible for overseeing all retail sales across the natural and conventional channels.

Prior to joining Springfield Creamery, Davis served as the director of sales-West for Silver Hills Bakery, a family-run Canadian company. In that position, she promoted the product line of organic and non-GMO breads, bagels, and buns across the Western region, as well as cultivated relationships with key customers, brokers, distributors and business partners. She also previously served as national account manager for Beech-Nut Nutrition and Seventh Generation.

Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
